The City Pass counts days instead of attractions. You choose 1 to 7 days and use the whole programme during that time, with pre-reservation for Uffizi and Accademia and a walking tour.
You can cancel the Flex Pass free of charge and get a full refund as long as you haven't selected or reserved any attraction. Once one or more attractions are selected or reserved, Turbopass refunds the purchase price minus the retail value of those attractions and any non-refundable reservations. If all included attractions are selected or reserved, the pass is non-refundable. No refund is possible less than 24 hours before the pass start date you chose.

Selective short-trip travellers
You only have one day and want exactly two big attractions, for example Uffizi and Accademia. A pass for the whole programme would be more than you need.
Families with their own programme
Separate child and teen prices like the City Pass. For very short itineraries this can be the leanest option.
At checkout you pick how many attractions (2–7). Depending on the provider, the exact ones can sometimes be chosen at activation or on site.

Cancellation
Free as long as no attraction is selected or reserved. After that a partial refund (price minus the value of the chosen attractions), none once the pass is fully reserved. No refund within 24 hours of the start date.
Important note
Valid for 365 days. The choice is not quite the same as with the City Pass: the Museo degli Strumenti Musicali and Palazzo delle Papesse are not available, while the hop-on hop-off bus tour is one of the attractions you can pick.
