What most people want to know before booking.
It depends on what you want to see and how long you stay. If you only want the three top sights (Uffizi, David, Cathedral), the Tiqets Florence Pass is the simplest option. For many museums in 72 hours, the Florence Card pays off. If you want Uffizi + Pitti + Boboli, the Smart Tours 5-day pass via Headout is the cheapest. Only in the Brunelleschi Pass (official provider Opera del Duomo, or Headout with audio guide). The premium variant of the Tiqets Pass also includes it. In the Florence City Pass, the Florence Card and the Slow Tuscany passes, the dome is not included.
The Florence Card pays off from about five large museums in 72 hours — and especially for families, because children under 18 in the cardholder's family enter free. It is also the only pass that covers Palazzo Vecchio, Bargello and the Medici Chapels. If you only want Uffizi + Accademia + Palazzo Vecchio, separate tickets are about €14 cheaper.

Only the Florence Card via GetYourGuide offers free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start date. The Florence City Pass (Turbopass) charges a €30 cancellation fee per pass while unused. All other passes (Tiqets, Smart Tours, Slow Tuscany, Brunelleschi) are non-refundable, because a fixed time slot is reserved at booking.
